Postage & packaging
Standard postage costs are £4.99 per shopping cart except for heavy items which are £7.99.
We aim to despatch as quickly as possible so you should receive your parcel within 5 – 7 working days. However, as a lot of our products are coming from all over the world, if we don’t have your size, colour etc currently in stock we may have to get it ordered in especially which may take a little longer from some of our further away suppliers. We will, where ever possible, always try to keep you updated as to the progress of your order, and we thank you for your patience in this matter.
Free postage is eligible on all orders totalling £150 or more after vouchers, coupons, codes & discounts have been applied.
Free postage is also available if your delivery address is within a 10 mile radius of Winsford / Nantwich, Cheshire (see map below). If you think you fit this criteria please order with us directly by phone (07515552694 or 07876594744), email (email@example.com) or complete the contact form in Contact us section, as this option is not available on the website. This applies to all orders; any value, sale orders, or coupons, vouchers etc. If your delivery address is only slightly outside our free delivery area contact us anyway as we maybe able to combine it with other deliveries in the area. All items must be paid for in full before delivery is made, cash on delivery will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement.
Returns & exchanges – postage on all returns and exchanges, including rentals, must be paid for by you, the customer. If you need to return or exchange an item you have purchased you are able to do this 28 days after purchase date. Please contact us via the contact form to advise us the product is being returned or needs an exchange.
Packaging – one of our company values that is extremely important to us is to be as environmentally friendly as we are able. Wherever possible, we try to use recyclable/ reusable materials to send your products to you, and we try to reuse packaging from our suppliers too, to try to reduce our carbon foot print as much as possible. Therefore, we hope you understand if your package is not sent in a pristine new box. If you can think of any other ways we could become even more environmentally friendly we appreciate any feedback.
