What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard UK delivery £4.99 (delivery within 3 working days) if the combined weight of products is less than 10kg. Orders over 10kg are charged at £10 per order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we accept payments through our website using PayPal. Alternatively payments can be made over the phone using a Visa or Mastercard. Apologies we do not accept American Express. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long will delivery take?

We will notify you when your order is being despatched. All orders should be delivered within 3 days from date of despatch. We only use a tracked recorded delvery srevice for your piece of mind.  If you require your order asap please contact us for express delivery options.

Currently we can only deliver to UK postcodes.

What is your refund/returns policy?

Return & refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help

Returns – you have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it & be in the original packaging. you need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds – once the item is received, we will notify you.  We will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.  If your return is approved, we will initiate refund via your original method of payment.  You will receive your credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer.

Shipping – you are responsible for paying for the return postage costs, these are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
